Our Design & Installation Process

We begin by excavating the designated area, removing grass and topsoil to establish a stable foundation for the walkway.
- Gravel Base
Next, we lay down a compacted gravel base that extends beyond the walkway edges. This provides a strong, well-drained foundation that ensures stability.
- Bedding Layer
Our team then adds a 1-inch layer of sand or small stone chips on top of the gravel, creating a smooth surface that allows for even paver placement.
- Laying the Pavers
Each paver is carefully placed on the prepared bedding layer, with our crew ensuring perfect alignment for a level, cohesive walkway.
- Edge Restraints
To keep the walkway secure, we install edge restraints with metal spikes or retaining walls, preventing any shifting over time.
- Joint Material & Sealing
Finally, we apply polymeric or jointing sand to fill gaps between pavers and seal the surface if desired, providing added durability and protection.
